We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ana MORCATE, Country Manager for Spain, to the Executive Committee of DÔMES PHARMA, with effect from 1 June 2026.
She is joining our management team and will play an even more active role in the overall development of our Group.
A qualified veterinarian, Ana has over 30 years’ experience in the animal health sector. She has built a solid career within leading companies, spanning business development and marketing to general management roles, with responsibility for P&L and the management of cross-functional teams. Notably, she served as Head of Animal Health in Spain, first at Merial and then at Boehringer Ingelheim, where she led the integration of these two major players in the sector.
Ana joined DÔMES PHARMA in 2022 as a consultant to structure the business in Spain, before setting up the Spanish subsidiary from scratch in 2023, in close collaboration with the corporate teams. Today, this subsidiary is a robust, profitable and rapidly growing organisation, driven by a committed and high-performing team.
Recognised for her strategic vision, leadership and results-oriented approach, Ana is also distinguished by her commitment to team development and the promotion of female leadership, in line with the Group’s values.
